Divine Spark PMA: Terms of Private Membership

Welcome to Divine Spark Family Wellness. We operate exclusively as a Private Membership Association (PMA) under the rights secured by the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, including the right to freely associate, contract, and operate privately.

By choosing to view or engage with this website, and by submitting any form or inquiry, you are requesting information about our private membership association and understand that services, consultations, and resources are made available only to registered members.

1. Private Status & Scope

Divine Spark Family Wellness operates as a private association of members under Divine Spark PMA. We are not a public business, healthcare provider, or licensed medical facility within the jurisdiction of the corporate/state system.

By joining our PMA, members acknowledge that:

All offerings are private and educational in nature

We do not offer state-licensed chiropractic, medical, or psychological care

Any support, insight, or resources are shared as private opinion and belief, not public service or health advice

2. Membership Required

All interactions—whether in person, online, or via phone/text—are exclusively within the private domain. By filling out any form, communicating with our team, or engaging with materials, you are affirming your intent to apply for membership and to operate in private association, not commerce.

No services are offered to the public.

3. Use of Materials & Information

The content on this site (text, video, images, and documents) is for private member use only. None of it may be reproduced, copied, or shared publicly. Members agree to:

Keep proprietary PMA materials confidential

Accept full self-responsibility for choices and actions

Acknowledge that no guarantee of results is implied or offered

4. Indemnification

Members agree to hold harmless and indemnify Divine Spark PMA and all of its members, officers, and agents against any and all claims or liabilities arising from their voluntary involvement or decisions made based on the content or offerings within the PMA.

5. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

All matters related to this association are governed exclusively by the Private Law of this Agreement, under the jurisdiction of FreedomWorks Ecclesiastical Court, and according to principles of Common Law and Equity.

Disputes will be resolved through internal arbitration among PMA members as outlined in the membership agreement.

6. No License or Public Claim

While some PMA members may hold licenses in other states or jurisdictions, any titles (e.g., “Dr.” or “Chiropractor”) refer to educational background or previous licensure and do not imply public practice or licensure in Florida.

Divine Spark PMA does not hold itself out as a licensed provider in the state of Florida or elsewhere. We do not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure any condition.

7. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Private Membership may be updated periodically. Continued engagement with Divine Spark PMA implies your agreement with the most current terms.
